Temescal Canyon, Topanga State Park

Brandon, David, Fay, Irina, Jake, and Robert attended the first hike of the fall.

We met at 8:30am... errr... 9am and took off for the canyon. Upon arrival at the park, we made quick work of the first mile. The view soon brought us to pause -- both the ocean and smoggy city view were spectacular. We also spotted each of our prospective new homes (in a few years).

The memorable portions of the hike, at least in my mind, were not the hike itself. I think this hike had more conversation than any hike before it -- perhaps a new stage in the statistics department's hikes.

Jake, good luck with your Halloween custume this year.
